Gomashio – Japanese sesame salt
I have recently been fascinated by Timothy from Mississippi Vegan. He has just published his first book which is full of beautiful photographs and really amazing recipes. I am not vegan but I appreciate and love veggies. When I was making dinner today I was looking for some nice twist to a salad and I found this super easy but extremely delicious gomashio – Japanese sesame salt idea. Traditionally it is sprinkled on salads or rice but I think it will work great on sushi and soups! It tastes so good that I will be sprinkling it on everything.
