Ireland is so lucky to have amazing sea food. Prawns, mussels, crab, fish – cold waters of Irish sea and the Atlantic give us beautiful crops. It was only when I moved here that I discovered how delicious it can be.
Simplicity is the key when it comes to sea food. You really don’t want to overpower delicate flavours. Mussels in white wine sauce are classic which works great on lazy Saturday afternoon, shared with someone you love. This is sexy food 🙂 Enjoy it!
