I am trying to boost my immune system as much as I can, which means having lots of good stuff:) This mango, lemon and orange smoothie has added secret ingredient – turmeric, which is anti inflammatory and should help me feeling a little bit more like a human again. Mango smoothie

Ingredients
- 1 very ripe mango pealed and chopped
- 1 small orange pealed and chopped
- 1 small lemon pealed and chopped
- 10 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
Instructions

Put all your ingredients in a blender and blitz for about 30 s. And Enjoy!
Recipe Notes
Use frozen mango if that's what you have.
