My chia pudding recipe is great for breakfast or as a dessert. It is creamy and luxurious. You can add whatever you wish to it. The one I made on the photo is with figs, homemade raspberry jam, vanilla yogurt, cherries and dark chocolate. Healthy indulgence – that’s what it is:)
Fig and cherry chia pudding
Recipe below will make one portion of creamy pudding.
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla paste
- 2 tbsp raspberry jam
- 1 fig sliced
- 2 tbsp vanilla yogurt
- cherries
- dark chocolate
Instructions

Simply combine chia seeds, milk and vanilla paste and mix well. Leave in the fridge for a few hours.

When the seeds have absorbed the milk, top up with jam and fresh fruit. I used homemade raspberry jam and fresh figs.

Pour some vanilla yogurt, add cherries and sprinkle dark chocolate on top.
