Blueberry muffins
My adventure with muffins began about 8 years ago when I was expecting my daughter. I craved these luscious, sweet and fluffy buns which I could eat without guilt then (right?). And seriously, who doesn’t like the blueberry muffins? They are ridiculously easy to make. In fact, the less effort you make in mixing the batter, the better the muffins! Leftover brownies
Chocolate eggs. Brownies. Easter. Hmmm…. What if I used this humongous amount of chocolate eggs left after Easter to make something….super delicious? Chocolate eggs brownies!!! You cannot imagine how indulgent these are until you try them! I dare you!!! 😉
Leftover brownies
This is a perfect recipe to use up any sweets or chocolate that needs to be used:)
Ingredients
- 185 g unsalted butter
- 185 g dark chocolate
- 85 g plain flour
- 40 g cacao
- 3 eggs
- 250 g brown sugar
- pinch of salt
- 6 creme eggs
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 160C and prepare the brownie tin.

Gently melt the butter with the chocolate in a bowl over simmering water. Cool when melted.

Mix the eggs with sugar until pale and fluffy.

Pour the eggs over cooled chocolate mixture and fold together.

Sieve flour, cacao and salt to egg and chocolate mixture and gently fold in.

Pour to the baking tin and bake for about 15 min.

Cut the creme eggs in half. Don't rush as they may break. After 15 min of baking take the brownies out and press creme eggs into it. Bake for further 10 min. Take out and cool completely before cutting.
