You don’t have to tell me twice to try some new food. Especially if it is something traditional, which I wouldn’t necessary find in my local Indian takaway. My friend cooked this for me and I devoured it. Literally cleaned the plate with home made roti. Thankfully he shared recipe with me and I am sharing it with you 🙂

When the weather doesn’t encourage you to venture outside of the warmth of your home, when all you want to do is to wrap up in the blanket and have a lazy day, this ragu is your best friend. Beef cheeks are cheaper cut, which transforms to buttery melt in the mouth, falling apart meat when cooked slowly on low heat. Pair them with tagliatelle or pappardelle, glass of red wine, and you have beautiful dinner that will leave you feeling warm and satisfied. If the food could give you a hug, this ragu would definitely be able to do it.

I am getting old. Why do I know it? One night out ends up as few days recovery time. Some people can’t even look at food after having one too many. I am totally opposite and I could ‘eat a horse’ (please don’t be alarmed, this is just the way we say it in Poland when we are really hungry ;-)).
