I have recently been fascinated by Timothy from Mississippi Vegan. He has just published his first book which is full of beautiful photographs and really amazing recipes. I am not vegan but I appreciate and love veggies. When I was making dinner today I was looking for some nice twist to a salad and I found this super easy but extremely delicious gomashio – Japanese sesame salt idea. Traditionally it is sprinkled on salads or rice but I think it will work great on sushi and soups! It tastes so good that I will be sprinkling it on everything. How do you get inspiration for your cooking? Cookbooks? TV shows (Great British Bake Off anyone?). My brain registers everything that can be related to food. I don’t even know how it does that!
