It is winter here and I am dreaming of a sunny beach. This berrylicious tropical smoothie has the power to take me straight there! The combination of pineapple, mango and coconut works beautifully with anything else you wish to add to it, but I chose raspberries, banana and lime for this holiday taste I am after right now.
Tropical raspberry smoothie
I use frozen fruit but use fresh if you wish so. Frozen fruit is so handy to have though as you don't need to add any ice cubes.

Ingredients
- 0.5 cup mango frozen or fresh
- 0.5 cup pineapple frozen or fresh
- 0.5 banana frozen or fresh
- 0.5 cup raspberries frozen or fresh
- 0.5 cup coconut water
- juice of one lime
Instructions

Blitz all ingredients in your blender until smooth.
Recipe Notes
Use coconut milk if you prefer creamier consistency. I use coconut water to give it extra boost of electrolytes.
